Carterville Road Remodel

This brick rambler was in dire need of a remodel.  There were issues with the roof that had created water damage inside the house. It also had a bathroom that had been unfinished for many years. Centurion Homes was hired as the Utah General Contractor to do a total overhaul. We put in new windows throughout, fixed all the structural problems, replaced the roof, added soffit and fascia and completely remodeled the interior.  This house turned out great and our clients were involved throughout the entire process.  This job came in on time and on budget.  Enjoy the before and after photos and call us for your next remodel job.

Springville Remodel

Centurion Homes had a great experience as the Utah General Contractor remodeling this charming little home in Springville, Utah.  Our clients needed to sell it so they hired us to bring it up to date by renovating the entire home.  We designed and added two bedrooms, a bathroom and brought it up to code.  The house sold for asking price to the first person that looked at it.  One of the things we truly enjoy at Centurion Homes is taking a house that nobody seems to want and turning it into a beautiful home suitable for a family.
